A cloud computing infrastucture for acquisition, processing and analyzing social media feeds in real-time for improving flood monitoring and prediction, and supporting flood preparedness, recovery and response. The project utilizes latest web technologies, cloud computing, natural language processing and machine intelligence techniques.
